- Yes. We coordinate permits with the City of Grants Pass and surrounding municipalities as part of full-service community event planning.
- Can you plan a chamber of commerce event?
- Absolutely. Chamber mixers, ribbon cuttings, annual dinners, and member appreciation events are all part of what we do.
- Do you work with sponsors?
- Yes, sponsor recognition, booth coordination, and follow-up materials are built into every community event.
- Where is Bella & I Do based?
- Based in Grants Pass, Oregon, planning throughout Southern Oregon, Medford, Ashland, Jacksonville, Central Point, the Applegate Valley, and traveling for destination celebrations across the Pacific Northwest.
- Do you travel?
- Yes. Travel within 50 miles of Grants Pass is included in every proposal. Beyond that we're happy to travel across Oregon and Washington for a modest travel fee.
- Can you work with vendors we've already booked?
- Absolutely. We regularly integrate with couples' and hosts' existing vendors, we'll review contracts, fold them into your timeline, and communicate with them directly on your behalf.
