Unlimited Support: Meetings, calls, emails, and texts throughout planning. Average 100+ hours
Logistics: Venue walkthroughs, detailed weekend timeline, rehearsal coordination
Event Day: 10 to 12 hours of coverage with lead planner + assistants. Full setup, vendor management, timeline execution, and problem solving

Month of Handoff: All vendor communication routes through us starting at 6 weeks out

Logistics Master: Create detailed timeline, distribute to hosts + vendors, and build your day of floor plan
Venue Walkthrough: Final site visit to confirm layout, load in, and event flow
Rehearsal Direction: 1 hour rehearsal coordination (for weddings and ceremony-based events)
Event Day: 8 to 10 hours of coverage. We oversee setup, manage vendors, cue the program, wrangle guests for photos, flip the room, and handle any emergencies
