- How far in advance should we book?
- 6–10 weeks is typical for an engagement party. For peak Saturdays we recommend booking 3–4 months out.
- Should the engagement party match our wedding style?
- It can, but it doesn't have to. Many couples treat it as a warmer, more casual preview, we'll help you decide what feels right.
- Can you plan it in a private home?
- Yes, many of our favorite engagement parties happen in backyards and living rooms. We bring the styling, rentals, and setup crew.
- Where is Bella & I Do based?
- Based in Grants Pass, Oregon, planning throughout Southern Oregon, Medford, Ashland, Jacksonville, Central Point, the Applegate Valley, and traveling for destination celebrations across the Pacific Northwest.
- Do you travel?
- Yes. Travel within 50 miles of Grants Pass is included in every proposal. Beyond that we're happy to travel across Oregon and Washington for a modest travel fee.
- Can you work with vendors we've already booked?
- Absolutely. We regularly integrate with couples' and hosts' existing vendors, we'll review contracts, fold them into your timeline, and communicate with them directly on your behalf.
