- A rehearsal dinner is typically the wedding party and immediate family after rehearsal. A welcome party opens up to more (or all) out-of-town guests, usually as a casual drop-in after dinner. Many couples do both.
- Can you plan the rehearsal dinner if you're also planning the wedding?
- Yes, most of our full-service couples add rehearsal dinner planning. One team, one timeline, one aesthetic across the whole weekend.
- Do you handle rehearsal itself?
- Yes. A one-hour ceremony rehearsal is included in every wedding coordination package.
- Where is Bella & I Do based?
- Based in Grants Pass, Oregon, planning throughout Southern Oregon, Medford, Ashland, Jacksonville, Central Point, the Applegate Valley, and traveling for destination celebrations across the Pacific Northwest.
- Do you travel?
- Yes. Travel within 50 miles of Grants Pass is included in every proposal. Beyond that we're happy to travel across Oregon and Washington for a modest travel fee.
- Can you work with vendors we've already booked?
- Absolutely. We regularly integrate with couples' and hosts' existing vendors, we'll review contracts, fold them into your timeline, and communicate with them directly on your behalf.
