Every holiday event is styled with seasonal florals, candlelit tables, custom menu and beverage pairing, printed menus and place cards, and full setup and cleanup, so the host gets to enjoy the room they've been dreaming about since October.
We plan holiday gatherings in private homes, restaurants with buyout, wineries, and event venues throughout Southern Oregon.

- How early should we book a holiday party?
- August and September are ideal for December dates. Venues in Southern Oregon fill quickly for the holiday season.
- Can you plan a company holiday party?
- Yes, full corporate holiday party planning is one of our specialties. Venue sourcing, catering, entertainment, and on-site coordination.
- Do you plan holiday parties in private homes?
- Absolutely. Many of our holiday clients host at home and hand off styling, catering coordination, and cleanup entirely to us.
- Where is Bella & I Do based?
- Based in Grants Pass, Oregon, planning throughout Southern Oregon, Medford, Ashland, Jacksonville, Central Point, the Applegate Valley, and traveling for destination celebrations across the Pacific Northwest.
- Do you travel?
- Yes. Travel within 50 miles of Grants Pass is included in every proposal. Beyond that we're happy to travel across Oregon and Washington for a modest travel fee.
- Can you work with vendors we've already booked?
- Absolutely. We regularly integrate with couples' and hosts' existing vendors, we'll review contracts, fold them into your timeline, and communicate with them directly on your behalf.
