- Can you help coordinate a slideshow or tribute video?
- Yes, we help gather photos and speech contributions, and coordinate the AV to run it seamlessly on the night.
- Can we host at the retiree's home?
- Absolutely. Many of our favorite retirement parties happen at home with a caterer, string lights, and a beautifully styled long table.
- Do you plan company-hosted retirement events?
- Yes, we regularly work with HR teams and executives to plan retirement celebrations that honor long-tenure employees thoughtfully.
- Where is Bella & I Do based?
- Based in Grants Pass, Oregon, planning throughout Southern Oregon, Medford, Ashland, Jacksonville, Central Point, the Applegate Valley, and traveling for destination celebrations across the Pacific Northwest.
- Do you travel?
- Yes. Travel within 50 miles of Grants Pass is included in every proposal. Beyond that we're happy to travel across Oregon and Washington for a modest travel fee.
- Can you work with vendors we've already booked?
- Absolutely. We regularly integrate with couples' and hosts' existing vendors, we'll review contracts, fold them into your timeline, and communicate with them directly on your behalf.
