- Anywhere from an intimate 12-person dinner to a 150-guest venue evening. The design scales, but the level of care stays the same.
- Can you plan a surprise birthday party?
- Yes, we love a good surprise. We handle vendor communication, guest coordination, and reveal choreography so the surprise stays airtight.
- Do you plan first birthdays?
- Absolutely. Smash-cake styling, family-forward brunches, and photo-worthy backdrops for baby's first year.
- Where is Bella & I Do based?
- Based in Grants Pass, Oregon, planning throughout Southern Oregon, Medford, Ashland, Jacksonville, Central Point, the Applegate Valley, and traveling for destination celebrations across the Pacific Northwest.
- Do you travel?
- Yes. Travel within 50 miles of Grants Pass is included in every proposal. Beyond that we're happy to travel across Oregon and Washington for a modest travel fee.
- Can you work with vendors we've already booked?
- Absolutely. We regularly integrate with couples' and hosts' existing vendors, we'll review contracts, fold them into your timeline, and communicate with them directly on your behalf.
