- When should we start planning a graduation party?
- 6–8 weeks is comfortable. For late-May and June dates in Southern Oregon, earlier is better, the calendar fills quickly with weddings.
- Can you incorporate school colors without it feeling too themed?
- Yes, we love working school colors in through florals, ribbon, and signage while keeping the overall palette elegant.
- Can you plan a joint graduation party for siblings or friends?
- Absolutely. We plan multi-graduate parties with a photo moment and signage for each graduate.
- Where is Bella & I Do based?
- Based in Grants Pass, Oregon, planning throughout Southern Oregon, Medford, Ashland, Jacksonville, Central Point, the Applegate Valley, and traveling for destination celebrations across the Pacific Northwest.
- Do you travel?
- Yes. Travel within 50 miles of Grants Pass is included in every proposal. Beyond that we're happy to travel across Oregon and Washington for a modest travel fee.
- Can you work with vendors we've already booked?
- Absolutely. We regularly integrate with couples' and hosts' existing vendors, we'll review contracts, fold them into your timeline, and communicate with them directly on your behalf.
